This STA is necessary to make sure that we are authorized to use certain frequencies without interfering with government or other individuals communications. We are applying for these frequencies for the Calibration and Testing of the monitoring system we are installing on Metro 23 aircraft.

Please explain the purpose of operation:

Calibration testing There will be a monitoring base located at the airport we work at to communicate with an aircraft flying a set pattern around the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. We will be transmitting in certain frequencies to verify/calibrate the monitoring system on the aircraft.
