Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Anduril will be testing Rada RPS-42 radar (DETECT ONLY) to calibrate our systems for an upcoming deployment in support of Special Operations Command. The tower is temporary and will be removed after testing. Additionally, the radar will not be emitting persistently, it will be turned on and off as needed.
