The revised frequency range upon renewal should be ONLY 472-479 kHz, consistent with the Report and Order, Order and Notice of Proposed Rule Making in ET Docket 15-99, FCC 15-50, released April 27, 2015. No other frequency range is necessary. the renewal period should not exceed two (2) years in view of the pendency of Docket 15-99. Upon finality of a Report and Order in that proceeding, should the same occur within the two-year renewal term of this authorization, the applicant will at such time request cancellation of this Experimental Authorization.
