Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
There are insufficient video bandwidth microwave channels and licensable narrowband operations frequencies for telemetry for video production, operations, security and coordination of video production operations at this major sailing event in the vicinity of San Francisco, CA. The Americas Cup World Series Event is a short-term event that will include intensive video production and requires telemetry for that purpose. all operations in the frequency band will be coordinated in advance with the American Radio Relay League, Inc. relative to Amateur Radio use on premises.
