Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
There are insufficient video bandwidth microwave channels and licensable narrowband operations frequencies for video production, operations, security and coordination of video production operations at this major sailing event in the San Francisco Bay in California. The Americas Cup World Series Event is a short-term event that will include intensive video production of worldwide interest and requires extensive operational coordination.
