Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A STA is necessary to operate transmit testing equipment to mimic aggregate LTE EU uplink and downlink thresholds for the DRGS downlink and DCP uplink. Will utilize signal generators to simulate LTE EU transmitters and use an antenna array at the DRGS satellite dish location to transmit LTE through the array.
