Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
AIRXOS will be evaluating the efficacy of multiple radar models in the detection of various unmanned and low-altitude manned aircraft. Such function is essential to maintaining safe operation of the UAS. Therefore, this testing will collect the field data needed to determine whether these radars meet the necessary performance.
