Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The STA is in support of FAA-sponsored research initiatives as part of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (CNO) Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Integrated Pilot Program (IPP) (TOKCHOC). Testing is scheduled for April 8 - 19, 2019, therefore expedited processing is requested. The area for testing is on remote sovereign land, far from established RF sources.
