Special Temporary Authority application - Initial values - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Afimilk LTD is a global vendor that develops, manufactures, and sells computerized systems for the modern dairy farm and herd management. The company is in the last development stages of a system that monitors cow behavior remotely, using license-exempt short-range wireless devices. The company wishes to test the operation and effectiveness of the system for the U.S. market. Specific issues to be verified: radius of effective operation, co-existence with other license-free equipment typical to the cowshed environment, installation procedures, and daily operation on a typical US dairy farm. No interference to other users is expected due to the low power used and the sparsely-populated rural areas in which the testing will be conducted. Furthermore, though operation across 904-926 MHz is requested, only 200 kHz of bandwidth is used by the system at any one time, with that channel chosen based on spectrum occupancy.
