Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the indoor production of video for televised entertainment events in the Las Vegas area during the period April 1 through April 29, 2020. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the Las Vegas market is extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially during the period in question. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used, entirely within event venues, where a high degree of attenuation will occur. See attached narrative.
