Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Open Range Communications has license authority to utilize the frequency range 2.4835 GHz to 2.495 GHz for the purpose of providing broadband data services to rural areas using WiMax (802.16e) technology. ADC and its partner WiNetworks, have designed a Pico base station for operation in this band based on our previously approved 2.5 GHz base station (FCC ID WQE722502). Open Range Communications would like to install the ADC Pico base station in a temporary location to complete signal and data testing. Since the 2.483 GHz version of the product is still undergoing FCC approval testing, ADC will be installing an engineering/demonstration unit for the purposes of completing such coverage testing. No actual customers will be using the system, and the base station will be returned to ADC?s lab upon completion of testing

Uplink communication from an existing FCC approved user test device ?
