An STA is required for testing less than 6 months. World View is planning to undertake ground testing and demonstration in six weeks.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to send command signals to a stratospheric balloon and to receive telemetry down from the balloon. The proposed operations will also include integration testing on the ground.
