Carlson will continue to work with Wisper ISP, Inc. to test the efficacy of using TVWS technology to bring broadband connectivity to underserved and unserved areas of Illinois.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Test the efficacy of using TVWS technology to bring broadband connectivity to underserved and unserved areas of Illinois. Operations will continue to test TVWS technology in a manner consistent with currently approved STA.
