We are looking to possibly deploy LTE equipment in a large scale, but would like to test Baicells
Equipment in this band before moving forward. Much of our market is covered with foliage, preventing us
from utilizing 5Ghz unlicensed spectrum at the 36dBm EIRP limitation for PtMP operation. With
authorization by the FCC to test this new equipment in the 3.5-3.65Ghz band will allow us to determine
market penetration, value, and demand.
