Winstar Wireless, Inc. FCC Form 405 Exhibit 1 Page 1 of 1 Winstar has been actively utilizing its Experimental 38 GHz License to test its point—to—point and point—to—multi point radio technology. Under this nationwide license, Winstar has tested at several different sites across the country. The company has generally removed the equipment when it has finished testing in one area and relocated it to another area under additional testing scenarios. Winstar has consistently utilized Commission—approved equipment and standard operating and engineering practices when operating under its Experimental License. Winstar has received no reports of interference with existing licensed operations at these locations and has no adverse incidents to report.
