Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Wildflower International has been invited to showcase their UAS technologies at the Mid-Endurance Unmanned Aircraft System (MEUAS IV) Capabilities Demonstration at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico to present documentation for application for governmental contracts. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the area, Wildflower International requests the use of this channel.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of UAS technology in an aerial exercise. Grant of the instant request for STA for 1GH, 2.2GHz and the 2.4GHz Bands would serve the public interest by enabling Wildflower International to demonstrate their UAS technology in an aerial exercise over New Mexico for application for governmental contracts.
