Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Given unforeseen delays in certification of Spectrum Access System (SAS) and Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) administrators, Vivint Wireless, Inc. (Vivint) requests STA to perform tests of prototype LTE-enabled 3550-3700 MHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) equipment to evaluate and debug various SAS/ESC capabilities.
