(The PFD limits at the GEO’s belt/arc is specified under the ITU Article 22.5. The PFD limits at the earth’s surface GEO is specified under the ITU Article 21.16 (specifically Table 21-4) and NTIA Chapter 8.2.36.) The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
