Subject: RE: Experimental License Letter of Consesnt

Dear Steven,

We have finished reviewed ViaSat’s request. DISH is willing to grant consent for your experimental STA, provided that
ViaSat is willing to agree to the following conditions:

    1) In the event that interference is experienced by a DISH Network satellite TV subscriber in the future from Viasat
operations under this experimental authorization, Viasat commits to working expeditiously to find a good faith
resolution of any such interference issue.
    2) In the event that interference is experienced by operations in any of DISH’s licensed wireless spectrum bands in
the future from Viasat operations under this experimental authorization, ViaSat commits to discontinue
operations as soon as possible upon notification by DISH.

Please let me know if these are agreeable to ViaSat; feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you,
Alison Minea
