The experimentl program description in Exhibit A of the original application 0048-EX-PL-2007 described
evaluating a number of sub-meter antennas.

That application and subsequent modifications adding additional points of communication have included
coordination letters from various satellite operators for the smallest of the antennas tested, i.e., broadest
beamwidth.

As referenced in the coordination agreements, that antenna is 11.5 inches (29.2 cm) in diameter.

Per the experimental program description, other sub-meter antennas may be evaluated from time to time,
but in no case is the off-axis EIRP density greater than that of the 11.5 inch antenna, which is the worst
case.
