Exhibit E Response to FCC Antenna Registration Question 5 FAA notification is not required for this application under Section 17.7 of the Commission’s rules. 47 C.F.R. § 17.7. In the photo below, the gateway location is at the yellow pushpin at the far right, the airport runway is located on the far left of the photo, 3 km away. The antenna is not in the flight path of aircraft using the runway and additionally, numerous buildings of a height similar to the antenna are between the antenna and the runway.
