ViaSat, Inc.   ATTACHMENT       In addition to previously identified points of communication (ViaSat-1, WildBlue-1, ANIK-F2, AMC-15, and AMC-16), ViaSat desires to add the O3b constellation of satellites. No other changes to RF output power, frequency, or emission bandwidth are requested.   Purpose of the Operation:   Approval of this addition will allow ViaSat to continue perform testing of ViaSat’s antenna types as previously described, with the O3b non-geostationary satellite system.   During testing, transmissions will be monitored by test engineers as well as the satellite operations center. If in the event interference is detected or for any other reason it is necessary to cease transmissions, ViaSat maintains a 7/24 Network Operations Center which can be reached at 1-720-493-7300.
