Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ViaSat requests special temporary authority to perform acceptance testing of customer equipment that will ultimately be used by the government of Israel. The test will entail a test communications with non-geostationary orbit satellites licensed by Israel for validation purposes. The test will be conducted over a three-week period, and thus, the experimental authorization is only needed for a short period. Therefore, ViaSat requests special temporary authority.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  ViaSat requests authorization to perform technical demonstrations of equipment as part of an acceptance test for a customer of ViaSat.
