PROGRAM OF RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTATION

Pursuant to Section 5.61 of the FCC’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 5.61, Verizon Wireless
(“Verizon”) requests a minor modification of its special temporary authorization (“STA”)
(Call Sign WJ9XPO; File No. 0314-EX-ST-2016) to extend the radius of operation from
1 km to 1.5 km. around the Verizon office locations in Euless, Texas and South
Plainfield, New Jersey. All other STA terms and conditions grant will remain the same.
