Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As part of participation in a DOD JFIX/SOCOM short time experimental activity, we are importing “IMSI collection” equipment from Israel. This equipment can be operated on a regular Cellular Band, or if required in a “European” band, emulating a cell tower. We are looking for a few weeks of transmission approval in a designated remote area of “camp Roberts” in California.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The test with JFIX/SOCOM will demonstrate usage and functionality of an IMSI grabber, location finding and call collection for a super tactical DOD mission profile.
