  This Special Temporary Authorization is granted upon the express condition that it may be terminated by the Commission at any time without
  advance notice or hearing if in its discretion the need for such action arises. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a finding by
  the Commission that the authority herein granted is or will be in the public interest beyond the express terms hereof.

  This Special Temporary Authorization shall not vest in the grantee any right to operate the station nor any right in the use of the frequencies
  designated in the authorization beyond the term hereof, nor in any other manner than authorized herein. Neither the authorization nor the right
  granted hereunder shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the Communications Act of 1934. This authorization is
  subject to the right of use of control the Government of the United States conferred by Section 706 of the Communications Act of 1934.

  Special Temporary Authority is hereby granted to operate the apparatus described below:




Purpose Of Operation:
Launch vehicle telemetry data during test flight.

  Special Conditions:
  (1)  In lieu of frequency tolerance, the occupied bandwidth of the emission shall not
       extend beyond the band limits set forth above.
  (2)  Licensee should be aware that other stations may be licensed on these frequencies
       and if any interference occurs, the licensee of this authorization will be subject to
       immediate shut down.
  (3)  There will only be 3 events (possible) during this time frame and with a maximum
       operating time of 3 hours.
  (4)  Request IFDS scheduling be required at least 5 working days prior to event via
       WAFC with CC to AFTRCC Telemetry Coordinator. FCC Table of Allocations (Note
       US 276) allows for these specific frequencies to be utilized on a Secondary basis for
       launch support.
  (5)  Vector Launch Inc. must coordinate with the Navy and Marine Corp Spectrum
       Center (NMSC), Mr. Richard Ontiveros, email: Richard.ontiveros1@navy.mil, or
       phone: (301)225-3824, a minimum of 7-working days prior to any operations to
       mitigate potential harmful interference to Navy and Marine Corps operations.
  (6)  Vector Launch Inc. must also comply with all restrictions levied by the U.S. Naval
       range operators.
  (7)  Vector Launch Inc. must contact NMSC with final planned launch date 7- work days
       prior to the test flight, Vector Launch Inc. must provide an update 2-days prior to
       launch, and the day of launch prior to the flight, Vector Launch Inc. must also
       provide the confirmed stop buzzer contact information prior to the flight.
  (8)  Operation is non-interference basis to Flight Test telemetry.
  (9)  Operation is subject to prior coordination with AFTRCC.
