this coordination does not constitute a judgment that the frequency(ies) is best suited for
the applicant's purpose nor that the frequency(ies) is exclusive to the applicant. Flight
Test frequencies are shared and may require scheduling with other users.

In return for AFTRCC's processing of the applicant's coordination request, the applicant
agrees to release and hold harmless AFTRCC, its officers, directors, agents, members, and
representatives from any claims, losses or expenses that may arise from the use of the
frequency.

This coordination is not an authorization to transmit. A copy of this coordination must
accompany application to the FCC.

AFTRCC concurs with and requests DoD JFMO Alaska concurrence/coordination on the
following Experimental application.

Location: Kodiak, AK (57-25-50 N 152-21-10 W)

MIRAD/MOEA: 150 miles (242 KM) (maximum slant range/downrange of launch)

Maximum flight altitude: 64KM (39.8 miles/211,000'AGL)

Dates: 2018-10-08 thru 2019-04-01

Requester notes that anticipated launch date is October 31, 2018 however,
has requested larger window in event of technical issues or weather delaying
launch, Communications with the vehicle is anticipated to be the first 2.7 minutes
or more from launch.

Ground check out with the vehicle will be periodic during the pre-launch phase.

AFTRCC comments: non-interference basis to Flight Test telemetry.
Vector Launch will notify AFTRCC telemetry coordinator after completion of
successful launch or when authorization is no longer needed if prior to expiration date.

Vector Launch will additionally coordinate with DoD Alaska 5 working days prior to use
of frequencies either for ground check out of launch. Please contact Robert Craig at
robert.craig.12@us.af.mil for local coordination.
