This coordination includes this header information, DOD Area Frequency Coordinator comments
and AFTRCC comments. These messages must not be separated.

This coordination is advisory only and not binding on the FCC. Applicants are advised that
this coordination does not constitute a judgment that the frequency(ies) is best suited for
the applicant's purpose nor that the frequency(ies) is exclusive to the applicant. Flight
Test frequencies are shared and may require scheduling with other users.

In return for AFTRCC's processing of the applicant's coordination request, the applicant
agrees to release and hold harmless AFTRCC, its officers, directors, agents, members, and
representatives from any claims, losses or expenses that may arise from the use of the
frequency.

This coordination is not an authorization to transmit. A copy of this coordination must

AFTRCC concurs with under US Footnote US276 the following coordination request and requests
DoD AFC Midlant, DoD AFC Western, DoD AFC Alaska, and DoD AFC Eastern concurrence/coordination
on the following Experimental coordination request.

AFTRCC requests that all responses be sent to all addressed. Please note that only 1 location will
be selected for launch but Vector Launch has requested coordination with various locations at this time.

AFTRCC comments: this coordination request is for a single flight, launch location to be finalized at later date.
Customer estimates 3 hours of frequency usage for the flight; pre-flight estimated at 90 minutes and flight
duration of less than 10 minutes.

Maximum flight altitude will be 3.6 KM (2.2 miles/11,616 ft AGL)

MIRAD: 2.44 miles (3.93 KM) 1.58 KM (0.981 miles down range communications required)

Max Q and MECO (Main Engine Cut Off) will be appx 22 seconds into flight.

Vector will will finalize the planned launch site and date with appropriate AFC and AFTRCC NLT 15 days
prior to flight. Vector will also provide an update 7 days prior to day of launch and at the day of launch prior to
flight. Vector must also provide an updated STOP BUZZER POC located at the launch site 7 days prior to launch.
