Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are trying to support 2 government sponsors with training and radio integrations. We are looking to see if we can operate within the M1 and M2 bands below at our airfield east of Stillwater, OK.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Test flying of military UAS and modifying radio links as necessary. We have a COA through the FAA to operate up to 2500 feet AGL at the location on the application.
