Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We require an STA to perform system demonstration at the Mozilla foundation headquarters. The demonstration is outside of our normal research license area and limited in duration (on the order of two hours).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  A small network test at low power to demonstrate basic network functionality. We have developed an LTE network in a box which provides its own integrated web services for disaster recovery. We would like to run a small network test at low power to demonstrate basic network functionality to our funding partner. We hope to run the network test bed at low power (<100 dBm) in the GSM-900/LTE band 8. This operation allows us to demonstrate operating with a reference commercial off the shelf handset with our partner.
