In response to the above referenced FCC communication, the University of North Carolina at Wilmington
Center for Marine Science (UNCW/CMS) provides the following:

We have been working with ORBCOMM since April 24, 2018 to resolve all frequency coordination issues.
ORBCOMM is in the process of drafting its response which will be submitted directly to OET via email.
They have requested a two week extension to finalize their internal review.

Operations by UNCW/CMS will be on a non-interference basis using one 10 kHz VHF uplink centered at
149.95 MHz.

There are no other operating systems requiring frequency coordination.

Uplinking will be limited to the Glasgow, Scotland site.
