Message:

The FCC's International Bureau requires that you provide a compatibility study and consent from
Orbcomm for the use of the 149.9-150.05 MHz uplink band - such as a statement that there are no other
operating systems (if true) and that uplinking will be limited to the Glasgow, Scotland site. (There are
fixed and mobile operations outside the U.S. that could be a concern, including some military systems).
The point of contact for Orbcomm is Walter Sonnenfeldt, VP Regulatory Affairs @ OrbComm.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of April 23, 2018 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
