The FCC’s International Bureau needs you to address the following issues:

Correct the fatal errors in the SpaceCap file (see attached report). Additionally, The use of the 149.9‐150.05 MHz band is
for MOBILE‐SATELLITE (Earth‐to‐space) 5.209 5.220. We do not support the use of this band for EESS. Request that the
applicant select a different frequency band or provide justification, including interference analysis for the use of this
band. The use of the 400.725‐400.825 MHz band (space‐to‐Earth) is not allocated for EESS. We do not support the use of
this band for EESS. Request that the applicant select a different frequency band or change the class of station or provide
justification, including interference analysis for the use of this band.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of March 14, 2018 may result in application dismissal
pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
