Address the FCC’s International Bureau’s concerns below:

The NTIA Satellite UHF downlink Transmitter Data for SeaHawk‐1 and SeaHawk‐2 shows 400‐440Mhz, whereas the form
442 shows 400‐420MHz. The FCC cannot support the use of such a wide frequency range in either case. Applicant please
provide a narrower frequency range. A specific frequency would be helpful.

VHF Uplink: 140 ‐ 150 Mhz. The FCC cannot support the use of such a wide frequency range. Applicant please provide a
narrower frequency range. A specific frequency would be helpful. Additionally, IARU coordination may be required
depending on frequency selection.
