Re: Amendment to Experimental Radio Station Authorization
        File # 0469-EX-CN-2017

The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) hereby amends the above-referenced
application, which was filed on June 14, 2017, as follows:

    1. Satellite UHF Downlink frequency – from 400-440 MHz to 400-420 MHz

UNCW is changing its initial request to operate in the 400-440 MHz band (downlink) to 400-420
MHz. As the amateur band of 435-438 MHz has been dropped from the UNCW application, item 4
of Correspondence Reference Number 39184, “Obtain and submit a consent letter from the
International Amateur Radio Union IARU for the use of 435-438 MHz”, is no longer applicable.

    2. Revised Exhibits

All exhibits, the NTIA data forms and SpaceCap have been revised and resubmitted to reflect the
change of UHF downlink frequency band to 400-420 MHz.

    3. Earth Station Receive Data for the 400-420 MHz Downlink

The NTIA Data Form and Exhibit 3 - “For Reference Only” have been revised to add earth station
receive data for the 400-420 MHz downlink

Respectfully,
