Dear FCC Secretary:
The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (“UNCW”), Department of Physics and Physical
Oceanography, proposed operator of the subject mission, is aware that because of actions taken at the
International Telecommunication Union’s 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, and modified by the ITU
Council in 2001, 2002 and 2004, processing fees will now be charged by the ITU for satellite network
filings. Consequently, Commission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU.
The applicant hereby states that it is aware of this requirement and accepts responsibility to pay any Cost
Recovery fees associated with these applications. Invoices for such fees should be sent to the point of
contact specified below:
