Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are deploying two CubeSats off of the International Space Station. These two CubeSats have deployed panels that will cause the CubeSats to deorbit in five months, maximum. Given the guidelines, the STA was recommended for missions lasting less than six months. Since our CubeSats will last less than this amount of time, we are filing an STA.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Each of the CubeSats will beacon housekeeping data and will download science data roughly twice a day for the lifetime of the mission.
