Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are requesting a STA to conduct ground system compatibility and functional testing with the MINXSS cubesat that we are currently developing. We are also in the process of requesting an experimental license for the MINXSS cubesat but that is a separate license request. Note this request is only for ground system testing

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this request is to conduct ground testing of our cubesat ground station with the MINXSS cubesat. We have previously held a license for this ground-station (WG2XDS) to communicate with our CSSWE cubesat. The CSSWE mission has ended and the space segment has been deactivated as of May 1st, 2015. We would like to conduct ground tests for our MINXSS mission as we prepare for launch in October.
