Dear Dave

Thanks for your frequency coordination request. I have discussed your request with the
advisory panel and we have coordinated the following frequency. Please carefully study
the information to ensure that we have fully understood your requirements and that you
are fully aware of your responsibilities

Uplink/Downlink 437.345 MHz (half duplex)

Please keep us informed of the actual launch date. You have indicated June 2012. If
that date changes, it is important to inform us as after that date the coordination
expires.

Please also advise us what other satellites will be on the same launch to ensure that
there is no duplication of frequencies on the same vehicle.

Please note that all frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared frequencies.
We have attempted to make the best possible selection for your project.

You are also referred to the ITU requirements for satellites. We have prepared an easy
reference document which is available on www.iaru.org/satellite, it will assist you to
comply with the ITU requirements for Amateur satellites.

Please also read the attached “controlling satellites” document.

Best wishes for a successful project. Please keep us informed of developments and
progress. Space weather is one of my personal interests and I am watching your
project with interest
