Please explain the purpose of operation:
Students at the University of Colorado are constructing a small satellite for launch in June 2012. We are planning to conduct ground system testing from August through December before delivery of the satellite to the launch provider in December. A separate experimental license will be requested for the on orbit satellite operations phase.
