Dear Doug,

In response to your request dated 28 March 2017 the IARU Satellite
frequency coordination panel has revised the coordination letter for Q-
PACE.
• for data downlink 2412.500 MHz with emission designator 1M25F1D,
  output power 2 Watt, antenna gain 6 dBi;
• for telemetry downlink 437.275 MHz with emission designator 9K60F1D,
  output power 2 Watt, antenna gain 2.11 dBi;
• for command uplink 437.275 MHz.
Planned launch date: December 2017.
Licensing administration: USA.
Height and Orbit: Apogee 500 km, Perigee 500 km, inclination 90 degrees.
Earth Command station location: University of Arkansas, Fayetteville AR,
USA.

IARU has coordinated frequencies in a bands allocated to the amateur
satellite service. All frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared
frequencies.
Please inform me about the final launch date and the API/A number as soon
as that information becomes available.
