Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The University of North Texas, a public university in the state of Texas formed an action cluster in collaboration with several other private, public, volunteer, and Government agencies including Civil Air Patrol, City of Denton, with a purpose to develop an innovative solution for enabling communications and information sharing during emergencies and disaster recovery times. The action cluster designed and developed a “Deployable Base station” which it plans to test during the full scale disaster exercise hosted by UNT and the City of Denton at the UNT Apogee Stadium, Denton, Texas.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The Deployable communication system will be demonstrated during the 2017 full scale disaster exercise. The demonstration is intended to showcase the capabilities and limitations in providing connectivity to First responders and Citizens immediately after a natural or man-made disaster.
