Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Applicant seeks to assess the propagation characteristics and real world throughput of wireless operations in the CBRS band. Applicant also seeks authority to conduct a limited market trial with no more than 100 end user devices. Applicant will retrieve all experimental devices upon completion of this experiment.
