This experiment is with a new low power imaging radar design. As several experiments will be conducted with this new design over a period of less than six months we have been directed to use the STA process in lieu of a Form 442 filing.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to validate the operation of a new low-power X-band imaging radar system in development by Umbra Lab Inc.
