Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As further described in Exhibit 1, an STA is necessary for Applicant to conduct experiments and collect data during summer and late summer months. A mid August start date will also ensure that equipment is set up and adjustments made with no risk of complications from winter weather.
