Answer to Q#5 is as follows:
The spacecraft will perform experimental demonstrations of the propulsion payload system so as to lower
and raise the spacecraft orbit +/- 100 meters about a nominal orbit altitude of 500 kilometers. Upon
completion of all spacecraft demonstration operations, the vehicle will be decommissioned including the
consumption of all propellant. On a case-by-case basis, propulsion demonstration maneuvers will be
coordinated in advance with Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), located at Vandenberg Air
Force Base
