To test in the 722 to 728Mhz band over a 6 month period.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing antennas. The purpose behind this request is to do several different types of testing with different use cases of CPE / Mobile / Fixed devices and the combining of different frequency blocks of white space, CBRS and terrestrial broadcast in the ATSC 3.0 format. This Irving, TX campus provides an excellent test bed with multiple buildings of different construction types as well as nearby interstates and commercial / residential zoning for additional interference and data throughput comparisons.
