Pursuant to Section 5.61 of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission), Trinity Bend Solutions, Inc. (TBSI) seeks an Experimental Special Temporary Authority (STA) License to test radio equipment on frequencies in the L band (1350-1390)(1755-1850) frequency range to demonstrate intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) system viability for ground-to-air data transmissions between stationary radios and manned aircraft.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To demonstrate intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) system. US Govt sponsored activity that requires the use of the SCISR radio for Naval Special Warfare group. The frequency will only be transmitted from the ground to the aircraft and not transmitted from the aircraft. We have a previous experimental STA with limitations to our frequency range, file number 0801-EX-ST-2018.
