Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
TrellisWare Technologies develops mobile, ad-hoc networking radios for a variety of customers, including the US DoD. TrellisWare currently holds several experimental licenses in order to conduct testing in the San Diego and Borrego Springs areas. We are developing a radio capable of operation at ranges up to 100 miles, and are requesting an STA to allow us to test and characterize performance at long ranges.

TrellisWare will be testing modifications to our TSM radios to allow them to operate at ~100 mile ranges, using directional antennas and high power amplifiers
