TrellisWare Technologies Inc. (“TrellisWare”) is currently under contract to USSOCOM to
deliver software-defined tactical radios. In order to test and validate these radios, TrellisWare needs to
conduct real-world testing at multiple frequencies, specifically the 225-450 MHz and 1375-1390 MHz
bands.

FAA Coordination Request:

The FAA coordination number is NG T180196.

TrellisWare’s plans to operate in the 225-400 MHz spectrum range only on frequencies that are
outside the FAA’s “Annex A” bands.
